Adderall, Accutane, and Yaz!! PLEASE HELP!?

So i've been on adderall for 6 months and it has helped SO much with my add i'm able to finish my homework, clean, and do things efficiently when asked. The problem is i visited my derm. about acne and he suggests accutane because everything else has failed to treat my cystic acne. SO while taking accutane women are required to use B.C... so i started taking YAZ a week ago today and i feel like my adderall is not working anymore.. i hate to say it but it feels like i'm going into a "coma" state. I come home from college go to sleep wake up for dinner go back to sleep wake up in the morning go to school and repeat the cycle. on top of that my acne seems to me worse than ever!!! I'm getting it all over my chin which is rare! SO i'm wondering if yaz is canceling out my adderall and causing acne? I also start Accutane in 2 weeks! and i'm scared that YAZ, ADDERALL, and ACCUTANE might damage my liver.. even possible kill me. I have talked to both my doctor and derm about it and they say i should be fine. But when they say "should" doesn't really ure me that i will? I just want to know what others think or if they've taken all of these at the same time?!
