Specific detail - alcohol permit, georgia (part 3)?

Of course, few of us have a clue what goes on in Canton, GA. But typically, arrests to not equate to any proof of anything. People can be arrested and acquitted of any kind of charges, and that doesn't provide proof of anything other than that some police officer somewhere suspected something. Typically, in the U.S., it is considered a breach of personal rights to make any decisions based upon arrest only, instead of convictions. But, that doesn't mean that Canton, GA policy doesn't do it anyway. I would be surprised if your arrest stood in your way, but there's no way to be sure unless you're in Canton.
