What's the Air National Guard like?

It feels like a tampon cause you are used only once a month...lol. Its not that bad. You spend some of your time, during your 1 weekend a month, doing training. There is always a chance of getting deployed whenever you join any military branch, it all depends on what career field you choose. Also if you are full time in college then the Guard is the perfect thing for you. Go to a recruiter and ask them some questions...but don't feel pressured into it. If you want to do it then do it, but don't let them force you to.
