What's more worthy : negation or affirmation , denial or acceptance ?

in addition to my other question: when talk or discuss ppl r trying to make a point sometimes acting as they r absolutely confident in their opinion putting other side clified as surely wrong, even if their own believe is based on some idea that can not b proven by laws of physics nothing more than others side belief.
