HELP ME RIGHT NOW!! I just saw an ostrich like bird in my neighborhood who do i call?

HELPS ME ON OUT RIGHT NOW!! im very scared and i need helps this bird is mively large, bald and creeped it just looked me in the eye while crossing the street and bobbing its head ok? I was out plucking herbes and spices from mys own home garden collection and i looked up and saw this 6 ft tall beast hoisting itself across the street while rapidly bobbing its head and small midget like wings. it was very feathered on its lowered half but it had a balding necks and head. it was very quiets and didnt make any honks or strange chirps it just quietly hoisted around while keeping its eye focused on me.. what is this bird? is this an ostrich? do i call national geographs? how can i helps this foreigns bird find its way back to wheres it came from? im pretty sure its from the lower east africas descend? how will the bird get back over there? i dont think its midget like wings are capable of holding its weights across the ocean?
