Sewing patch with swing-machine question?

It depends on the machine the person has. If it is a standard home sewing machine, you can't do that. Some commercial machines (if you're taking it to an embroidery shop or tailor) can do that. It might be a better idea to have someone sew it on by hand for you. That's always possible, even if a machine won't do it. Then again, there is always fabric glue!
