Wondering if this is a good workout for navy seals?
Hi, im a sophmore in high school and this is my training for the navy seals, monday 5 sets of 6 pull ups, 3 sets of 75 sit ups, run 4.2 miles (on hills) tuesday 46 push ups and then do sets up too 160 push ups (i increases total amount plus 5 every week)push ups, 3 sets of 60 lower abdominal workouts, 12.8 mile bike ride( on hills) wednesday break thursday ru 46 push ups and then do sets up too 160 push ups (i increases total amount plus 5 every week)n 4.2 miles 5 sets of 6 pull ups, Friday break and saturday 4.2 mile run no pulls ups or push ups, Sunday break. I was thinking of adding 30 minutes of swimming in the break days, i try to do push ups and ulls ups twice a week , and i usually go dirtbiking 1to 2 times a week which is a beating. i go to the gym to but i work out, i work on tris and bis there depending on the day if im doing push ups or pul ups, i do like 3 sets of 15 to tone, not to get bulyk. Just looking for approval, if you have any suggestions its would be helpful
