OMG i think i have a earwig in my ear..im about to cry!!!!?

im not scared im going to die or anything im just really freaked out there is a bug in my ear..WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!!?!??!!? and if he crawls out while im awake ima freak out and probably cry..im so scared of bugs..omg please help..like i feel almost an itch deep in my ear that i keep trying to scratch but i cant not even with a Qtip PLEASE HELP
