Do E-Mail Tracker Programs exist?

Such e-mails are not being tracked in any way. There are two kinds of people who create such messages: 1. People who believe that it is funny when others forward their nonsense, which will still be around years from now perhaps. 2. Evildoers who when they receive such forwarded e-mails take all e-mail addresses which are mentioned in them and use them for sending spam to. Such e-mail addresses are worth a lot to spammers, as these people are so naive that they forward these bogus e-mails, they might very well be naive enough to fall for their scams. The people who fall into category 1 help the people in category 2 without even knowing it, as the e-mails which get forwarded will fall in the hands of spammers too.
