Please help! i think my baby macaw is sick or something :'[?

The bare skin on my macaw's face turned red and he keeps itching that skin and he has been sneezing. i felt stuff come out of his nose when he sneezed and i think he's unusually warm.. i'm not sure. please help me! :'[ this is my baby and i'd be so upset if something ever happened to him
